  • Do not sell Email the same address with the subject Do Not Sell My Information. We process opt-outs within 15 business days.
  • Lender issue If your concern is about a specific loan offer or repayment, the lender is your first stop — they hold the agreement. We are happy to help you find their support contact.
  • App bug Tell us your iOS version, device model, and a sentence about what happened. A screenshot helps.
